      This business is established as a store front that store and sell independent artist merchandise, and only keep 7% of the retail value after the merchandise is sold. I left in their possession 63 pieces of my art that I created (total retail value of $3740) that was to be sold at this store. I recently went into the store to discuss collecting the remaining pieces of my merchandise and/or total value of what was sold. I was then told they had the merchandise in storage. I reach out again, then I was told they were not responsible for artist merchandise as they have moved. However, I was never contacted via email and/or phone regarding this matter. I was not provided any explanation to the location of the art/merchandise and why it can not be found. Nor, was I paid for the merchandise that was sold by the store during this period of time and still listed on their website as of today. I have emailed them a detailed list of all the merchandise that was left in their possession asking to either return and/or pay the total retail value to resolved this issue to no avail. I was then told after the fact that I did not sign a contract with them, and now their are not responsible for the merchandise. However, I was not provided this information from the very start of the process when the merchandise was left in their possession/store. Nor could they provide any confirmation that they reach out to me via email and/or phone. I have confirmation of merchandise being sold after they stated they move to a new location. To resolve this issue, the store can either give back the merchandise and/or provide the total retail value of the merchandise that was left in their possession.
