    October 2022 we had a solicitor come to the house to sell us Solar Panels. Her name was ****** Then and *** also was with her. Her business card said Future energy with a website and address that come to find out she never worked at. I spoke to the owner of that company and he has filed a police report and complaint with Attorney General against Future is now which is the actual name of the company that she worked for. We sat for a few hours with her explaining everything. She provided us with an electric business card. She claimed to work for a company out of ********** ************. She connected ** with a Solar ************* and also a connection to apply for a loan. We gave her several electric bills over a period of several months. She stated we would be covered 107 % by what the configuration of the panels would generate. Panels were installed and turned on 6/23/23. Over the next several months we noticed no difference in our bills. We have tried to reach out to all 3 companies involved. Each will not take responsibility. From what we have found out she misrepresented herself by putting a company that she does not work for on her business card. She sold us a system to small for our home. She has now been fired and The Future is now will not return our calls. Solar bright planet is who installed the panels and they claim this has nothing to do with them. Whoever did the configuration was not provided our correct bills to do the panels. Now we have a bill for solar panels and the electric bill. . The company she worked for was Future is now out of ********** ************. They are still going to homes selling panels. Her name is *****************. As far as we know she was fired but *** still works for them. No one will give us a supervisor name or any information. *** will not return are calls. We were fradulently mislead to purchase the panels. We were given information that we would have 107% coverage based on the configuration that was being done. That was not provided. The system is to small for our home. Now we still have our electric bill and a solar panel bill for next 25 years.
