    This business charges an annual fee and has a refund clause that states if we are not satisfied, and after attempts are made, and we are still not satisfied we can get a rfund. We were not satisfied with the business. It is not a fit for us. We had no work done, so we are requesting a full refund. They refuse to give it to us, and no further efforts were made on their part to work with us. The charge was on April 7. We requested a full refund a month later. It is deeply unethical to keep our annual fee when we want to have it refunded and have no interest in working with the company, and certainly not after what happened when we asked for a refund.

    We value all feedback and strive for customer satisfaction. While we understand Ms. ******* frustration, we believe the complaint does not accurately reflect the situation or the terms of our agreement.

    A ********************* Agreement was in place, and Web Brilliant undertook initial steps to begin providing the agreed-upon services.Our agreement includes a refund clause that requires a good-faith effort from the client to work with us to resolve any concerns. In this case, the client requested a full refund almost immediately after signing the agreement and without allowing us the opportunity to address their concerns, which is inconsistent with the contract terms.  

    Web Brilliant is committed to fair business practices and strives to provide excellent service. While we are always disappointed when a customer is dissatisfied; however, it's also important that we adhere to the terms of our agreements. In this situation, providing a full refund would be unfair to Web Brilliant, considering the resources and time invested.

    We remain open to finding a fair resolution within the parameters of our agreement. We believe that open communication is key to achieving a mutually agreeable outcome.
