    I allowed my niece to use my phone and while using my phone, she sneakily used my cashapp to purchase tickets with some of my money. To not make this long story that long once I found out it was her I told her she was not going to the event and I was getting it refunded immediately. I contacted support and they said they could refund it but to call the owner and let him know the situation. I called early that morning before work and told him that the tickets were not purchased on my behalf and they weren't used as well (because i did not let her go). He said that he will have to first confirm the tickets were not used because if they were he won't be able to refund me which is understandable but if they weren't then he'll possibly be able to. 3 hours later he said since it was a sold out night that he wants to just switch the ticket date for another day but what does it being a sold out night have to do with him allowimg my refund especially if he confirmed the tickets werent redeemed. I said I want a refund because he is staying with $94 worth of tickets that were never redeemed he ended up raising his voice mentioning how he is a veteran and demanded respect. I never ended up going and and my niece is definitely not going either. Felt like he had a opportunity to get a free $100 and instead of just allowing the billing company to refund me he kept it. I dont know guys thats just my experience. :(
