    I have used this company 3 times for 3 diffrent items. 1st time went smooth with a nice turn around time. They delivered the item to its final location. 2nd time the lead time was far longer than the 1st time due to stocking issues. After a month the confirmed date was pushed back 2 days. 3rd time where it all falls apart. My GM asked the delivery team to not put the unit in the middle of the driveway and to unload at the loading dock. When I came back to the loading dock I found the team trying to deliver onto the pavement. Not the loading dock. I asked them why they are not going to deliver as they had in the past. Very agitated the 2 of them explained with profanities, my GM asked them not to unload in the middle of the parking turn around. I asked if they would deliver the fridge to its final spot as they have the other 2 times. They told me it wasn't part of the slip and I was out of luck. After the poor behavior and inability to deliver the item as expected I asked them to leave the property. I will not use them again and I suggest no one else take a chance as the situation today was very nervous due to their behavior.
