      Vivint was my home security previous to Honeywell. Some guy came to the door and left me with the impression that he worked for ******. He knew all about my account with ******. He knew things that only ****** would know about my account. He's telling me how they're going to upgrade my security and the panel and they're going to make everything much better than what I already have. And all this time he's talking. I'm thinking he's with Vivint cuz he didn't tell me any different till close to the end. Then I found out he was with Honeywell. By that time I was getting ready to sign a contract. I didn't think to ask him if any of this was going to cost me anything because he was with Vivint and they're going to take care of everything was the impression he gave me. As it turned out, I'm signing a contract with aqua finance to get the security updates for $7,400. He even told aqua finance that my house was paid for and that I didn't have a mortgage payment. That wasn't true. He said he told them that to get me a better rate. Honeywell uses ********* and I got a door camera and a driveway camera. The driveway camera is fine but the front door camera only covers a third of my front porch and my porch is very small. I don't see when people leave packages. When I had Vivint I could see those things and they have sent two techs out here to fix it but the techs can't seem to fix it. I was going to **** it up and not deal with it. But since the doorbell camera doesn't work well, I feel like I've been cheated. They keep telling me they're going to come out here and fix it but they still haven't.

      I ordered a pair of xtratuf boots for my son on 11/24/22. After reading several bad reviews and finding the same boots cheaper somewhere else, I tried to call and cancel my order within hours. I was told there was no way to cancel an order. I would have to wait until I received the item and then return the item to get a refund. ***** tracking shows my return was received on 12/12/22. I have emailed numerous times and always get the same response "They have to inspect and process before they can approve a return.' I never even opened the box when I received it! I'm starting to give up hope in getting my refund.
