      The technician who came to change out one of my sliding windows was very courteous. He adjusted the window and fixed the issue. Thank you. I am very pleased with my new Windows especially my projection window!

      The product is fabulous. Bought in **. **** did a good job at selling the door, the door installers did wonderful and **** did a fantastic job installing the screen.The 3 stars come from the time I had to take off work and all the meetings and appointments I had to reschedule as a result of poor scheduling on behalf of AR. The first screen door installer came to install the wrong screen door. No one ever called me about this- It took to make 4 calls over a week to multiple people to find out when the new screen will be installed, and then there were the constant schedule changes. I was patient up til the last day when I had taken more time off to meet the installer and got a call that they were not going to make it after all- these kinds of things dont sit well after multiple times. I had to speak up, and that is where **** came in- he left the other job to come and install my door- it was a few hours late, but it saved me from having to take even more time off from work for a reschedule (and who knows what may have happened then). He was kind and professional and deserves 5 stars. Five weeks after my French door was installed, I got the screen door! AR should think about scheduling smaller, straightforward jobs in the morning so that they dont have to constantly reschedule.

      ************************* is my Renewal by Andersen hero! He made sure that I got the correct piece for a repair when the company kept sending the wrong piece. When the piece finally came but the company mixed up my repair date, he made sure I got the original repair date I expected and needed. He came and made the repair beautifully! Because of him and the installation team of ***** and Jonwho were also exceptionalI would consider using Renewal by Andersen again.
