    They are selling garbage products. This last time they refused to make it right with me. I've spent alot of money here and now they refuse to yet again send me a new product. I would just like my money back. Every single item I've bought ends up not working right away or just a few months later. Absolute scam company.

    The customer was advised of a death in our family and the delay that was caused by this. The customer was rude, demanding and insulting. 

     

    Still the customer is always right and so per the attached screenshot you can see that the customer was refunded in full for her most recent order and we made an exception to do this refund since she was past the expiration of our 60 day refund policy. We will not refund any other orders prior orders over 60 days old which is the stated limit on our return policy.
