THIS WAS MY FOURTH TIME STAYING AT THE HOTEL AND IT MIGHT BE MY LAST! UPON CHECKING IN I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A NEW EARLY CHECK IN ***. I QUESTIONED IT AND THE *** WAS $50, $30 OR $20. SO, I QUESTIONED THE *** AND STATED THAT I WAS THERE RECENTLY FOR A CONCERT AND CHECKED IN EARLY AND WASN'T TOLD ABOUT A ***. SHE EXPLAINED THE *** IS A NEW POLICY. I SAID WELL I WASN'T CHARGED IT THE LAST 3 TIMES AS FAR AS I KNOW. SOME PAST RESERVATIONS WERE MADE UNDER MY WIFES NAME AND SOME UNDER MY NAME. I STATED THAT IT WASN'T MENTIONED WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION AND IT WASN'T STATED ON THE ***** REERVATION CONFIRMATION AND THAT I READ IT TWICE AND ITS NOT MENTIONED SO, I STARTED LOOKING FOR THE ***** ON MY PHONE TO SHOW HER AND SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS GOING TO CALL SECURITY. I WAS IN UTTER SHOCK THAT SHE ESCALATED THE SITUATION AND SHE HAD THE **** TO SAY SHE WAS A NICE PERSON AND I LAUGHED AND SAID YOU THREATENED TO CALL SECURITY ON ME FOR QUESTIONING A BOGAS ***! I WAS CALM, COOL AND COLLECTIVE, I NEVER EVEN RAISED MY VOICE. NOW I WONDER IF I WAS CHARGED THE *** FOR MY LAST 3 STAYS AS WELL. I'M OWED ALL PAST MONIES AND THE FOR THE $20 AS ITS NOT IN OUR CONTRACT/RESERVATIONS ABOUT ANY ***S. I EVEN CALLED THE CASINO NUMBER AND LEFT A MESSAGE LOOKING FOR HELP TO CANCELLING MY RESERVATION AND NOBODY RETURNED MY CALL.

To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a formal complaint against Ballys ******************************************************************* located in ************, regarding multiple unresolved issues stemming from a stay booked for the dates of March 25, 2024, through March 28, 2024. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues directly with the hotel and through Hotels.com, my efforts have been met with insufficient action and unfulfilled promises.Transaction Details:Date of Transaction: March 25, 2024, through March 28, 2024 Amount Paid: $110.85 (no-show fee), $325.44, and $336.74, totaling $773.03, versus the original booking amount of $563.78 as reserved through Hotels.com.Issues Encountered:Unjust No-Show Fee: Upon my early arrival at the hotel, I was initially threatened with a no-show fee due to a misunderstanding, despite my reservation being adjusted to accommodate the early check-in. This fee of $110.85 was erroneously charged to my account.Overcharge Beyond Original Booking: The final charges for my stay significantly exceeded the amount originally quoted by Hotels.com ($563.78), with no satisfactory explanation provided for this discrepancy.Lack of Resolution: Despite the hotel's initial commitment to return the unjust no-show fee and to match the initial booking fee quoted by Hotels.com, these promises remain unfulfilled.Attempts to Resolve:I have engaged in conversations with four front desk staff members, who have been unable to rectify the situation.I have emailed the hotel manager, ********************, on two separate occasions, detailing the issues and seeking assistance. My first email received a response promising a gesture of goodwill that has not materialized in my account, and the concerns outlined remained unaddressed in any substantive manner.Given these circumstances, I am seeking the Better Business Bureaus assistance in resolving this matter. The actions of Ballys ****************************************************************** not only reflect a failure to uphold the commitments made to rectify billing errors but also demonstrate a lack of regard for customer satisfaction and fair business practices. I respectfully request that the BBB facilitate a dialogue with Ballys Hotel to ensure the return of the no-show fee and an adjustment of the charges to match the original amount quoted by Hotels.com, totaling $563.78.I appreciate your attention to this matter and your assistance in advocating for a fair resolution.Sincerely,*****************
