To whom it may concern. On December 18, 2024, when I asked about the hourly service rate, you stated it was $65 per hour, totaling $1,170.00 per team. Nowhere in the conversation did he reveal to the customer, Edifice *****, that he would be charging per individual(s) American Electric contractor had automatically sent two people to my home as your team. They concealed the important billing practices from Edifice Bemah until the final billing, which appears as deceptive billing practice utilized by any reputable company. This deliberately unfair practice benefited your company, American Electric Contractors, by $2,340.00 instead of the customer paying $1,170.00. The customer was charged an additional $1,170.00, totaling a profit of $2,340.00. This lack of upfront transparency, in which was deliberately withheld to the customer on how they are calculating their billing charges, was to prevent the customer, Edifice Bemah, from disagreeing with the company's dishonest policy. Adding several charges by fraudulent means that were claimed that those items were installed and then charged to me the customer and falsifying the items was working after wasting 3 days of 18 hrs labor according their claims and do not appear to be what a prudent electrician would have accomplished since the tasks was required less than an hour to fully complete and be functioning if done by a prudent electrician. During the worker's time ***** and *****, they were made aware of the situation and that they have wastefully spent 18hrs on unnecessary things that could have been resolved by a prudent electrician. Despite the wasted hours the matters were still as when it was never and many items are not working who relationship they were made that time was wasted on items that concurrently still not functioning. Many wasted hours, the facts that the items that were labeled repaired were not reassured during the whole process that the items are working and received bill on the 01/21/2025.

    Hello

I was not deceptive at all I attached the text thread where I stated that it was time and material at 65 per hour, which is obviously per electrician. It was never implied that I was sending a team of electricians to work for 65 per hour. A team of electricians for 65 an hour is astronomically inexpensive, it's less than cost. My billing hasnt changed in 10 years most of my work is time and material, we've probably serviced a thousand customers and no one has ever assumed something so ridiculous. This was obviously a misunderstanding that you have now taken to far by all the lies and negative things you have said. All of which is false. We did a great job for you. My billing is very transparent more so than any other electrician I know of. I am not deceptive at all. Also this was obviously not a final bill, it was sent on the 17th and we were scheduled to return on the 23rd so it is obviously a progress bill, and the job obviously wasn't fully completed yet. Now you want me to finish it for free this is crazy and i think you are a scammer. Your house was an electrical disaster and nothing worked when we arived. All the materials on the bill were installed the other 2 smoke detectors are installed in the basement. Please try calling other electrical contractors and ask them to send a team of electricians for 65 an hour and they will laugh. It is standard in every industry that an hourly rate is per person, if it's a plumber, a mechanic, a lawyer you don't get every lawyer in the law firm. and they charge around 250 an hour. Which is why I don't know how you assumed something so ridiculous. I hope we can solve this simple misunderstanding quickly.
