      The worst place ever! ****** treated me with disrespect today on the phone saying that when she worked in another place years ago that closed down, I told the manager that she cut the pocket of my very expensive coat. It is reversible and could NEVER get my white sleeves clean at the other place. ****** did cut my coat pocket which is unfixable, or someone who worked with her did it and she knows who it was. She has held a grudge for several years and today told me to go elsewhere! She currently works at Pier Cleaners and is a slob! She put my clothing in the bag damp! She did NOT follow the instructions on their website and left my t-shirts out to dry that did NOT dry! I went to pick up these clothes and had to wait until the other girl put my t-shirts in the dryer. I got home and they were still wet on the sleeves! 100% cotton should dry! I had to wear damp t-shirts to bed! ******** who answered the phone today hung up the phone on me! I am 66 years old, disabled, handicapped, have a broken pelvis and clavicle, and have to be treated like that? NO! NOT ME! open and operate a successful janitorial cleaning company, and have NEVER been treated so rudely! ****** needs to get fired! *She is gossiping about me behind my back, slandering my name, and defaming me! *Bullying is not legal either! The place is tiny and filthy! Their fans are blowing filthy black dust. The *** needs to go in there and shut them down! My clothes came back a mess in the bag. They were all inside out, folded without care, and thrown in the bag. ****** is a treacherous person and evil! I told her that I tried to get their delivery person to pick up and deliver my laundry. She told me that they would not do it because I always complain. I was told by someone else there that they will not pick up or deliver to me if I did not send out a load every week. She told me that it was every two weeks. She is a roadblock to success! They also are RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! One load of whites was $23.00!
