      Wednesday Sept 27th, the men who came to do our trash removal also decided to destroy our property. There was a sign on the dumpster that was completely torn off and it was extremely apparent that it was done on purpose. This sign has been through rain, wind, snow, and has never moved. Yet after this morning it's been destroyed. This is not the first problem we have had with this business. The attitudes of the employees are beyond disrespectful and unnecessary.

      We checked with the driver of the truck who dumped the dumpster.  He clearly stated that he did not tear off the sign that was taped to our dumpster.  Why would he?  In June of 2023, the tenants were asked to cut back the brush that surrounds the dumpster area because our truck had difficulty getting to the dumpster.  Because of that, in August, we changed to a smaller truck to service that account.   It is possible that the new truck servicing that dumpster rubbed up against the sign that was just a piece of paper and caused damage.  As you can see in the picture, that sign was not torn off completely.  If someone wanted to remove a sign, I would think they would have taken the entire piece of paper?  That dumpster is the property of Narragansett Rubbish and is therefore not supposed to have other signs applied to it without our permission.  There is no possible way that any of our employees removed that sign on purpose.  It just does not make any sense that we were accused of this.  I would appreciate a call from this individual to discuss why he/she states that there have been problems with our business or employee's attitudes as this is an extremely unusual complaint and I would like to settle this to our customers satisfaction if possible.
