    We had ***************** from Wood Frame Structures, *** build us a patio, which was a three season ******** years ago in july of 2011. Two years ago we found mold coming from the bottom of walls, just this year 2022, we got a contractor to pull the wall apart and there it was loaded with mold. We were told there was no flashing used on any part of this structure which cause water to get in. I couldn't believe my eyes. Here we are ten years later, we finally had a company come and remove all the mold, had to file a claim with my insurance company, and right now we are in process of rebuilding the patio. It will be finished this week. I will never hire this guy again, not ever to build me a bird house. What goes around must come around,.
