    West Shore towed my car from my house the next morning after my car was T-Boned coming home from work. ***** acted as if he cared and did admit that he tends to jump the gun. He let my car sit in his lot for 30 days without ever following up with us. It wasn't until we called for an update that he mentioned that there had not been an adjuster out to assess the damage. If ***** communicated this I would have been on top of the other parties insurance company. He over and over again stated he had already ordered all the parts so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer as what Progressive did was illegal. I am not sure how you can order parts for an insurance claim when you have no idea what will be covered. Lie #1. The last 3 weeks he has repeatedly given a date of when the car will be ready and every time we get there he pushes it out another week. Lie # 2, 3 & 4. Also, he has been paid by *********** as of August 29th, which I confirmed with the adjuster. It is not fair that he continues to provide faulty information and I have no way of knowing what he is actually doing. I suffer from severe anxiety and he has made the process debilitating for me. Seems what he is doing should be illegal. He was very eager to make sure that the insurance monies are made payable directly to him. They make you sign off on it right from the beginning. I will never bring any vehicles to him in the ********** will never recommend his company to anyone. This is truly disappointing. I feel as though he is holding my vehicle hostage because I at a point of no patience. Had to pick a star - Wish you could pick negative stars!

    I had a truly awful experience and will never trust my car with anyone with out reading recent reviews. I was backed into in a parking lot and had damage to my grill and bull bar on my 2007 **** expedition. I drove my vehicle without issue for over a month before choosing to get the grill repaired. This shop inflated repairs and put more effort into totalling out my car than actually fixing it. After learning about tear down and storage fees, it appears he gets paid just as much not to fix it. Im still looking at my car wondering where it possibly needed any paint never mind that being a quarter of the estimate. I wanted my bull bar taken out of the equation and he was not willing to try to work with me. He talked to me like I was stupid and thats only if I could even get him on the phone. I felt like I had no rights or any say on my property that I was not given option to prioritize, remove and not include accessories or choose to pay myself for repairs to avoid a salvage title which I think is outrageous. I wouldve never gone to that shop if he didnt say that he could fix it. As soon as I dropped it off, everything changed. There are multiple negative reviews for this shop that mention women being treated poorly and I absolutely and without hesitation can agree and confirm that based on my experience that included being aggressively yelled at on a 3 way call with an ********* rep. **** ********* rep immediately afterward recommended I not go to that shop to pick up my vehicle alone. I couldnt wait to get my car out of there. Not only did they not fix it, but he didnt even want to put it back together for me to pick it up to be fixed elsewhere. Awful experience is putting it mildly.
