    I dropped off my sons Xbox Fri 4/28/23 for diagnostic, to see what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. The lady at the desk told my husband she would call the following day with this information.Sat 4/29/23 no one called Mon 5/1/23 my husband called to see if they were working on it. The lady had to call back at the end of the day to tell him the tech did not take apart the Xbox yet and will work on it tomorrow. Tues 5/2/23 I get a call at 2:45 pm from this lady at the front desk and she says the tech has the Xbox taken apart and he doesnt think they are able to fix it. That it would cost more to fix then just to buy a new Xbox. She said the tech is still working on it but will call by closing(5pm) with a definite answer after he puts it back together.Tues 5/2/23 at 3:45. My husband goes to pc tech and arrives at 345. There is only this same lady there and no tech. This place has no back rooms so as far as we can tell no one was actually working on our Xbox like the lady said. She had just said just an hour prior to when he arrived that a tech had our Xbox taken apart and was working on it and she would call when he was done. So he obviously was not finished with the Xbox. My husband asked to see the Xbox and she refused to show him. There were other electronics on the back tables that were taken apart but no Xbox.Wed 5/3/23 the lady called and said we can pick it up and its unfixable because fixing it would cost more than a new Xbox. Mind you I paid **** for the Xbox so they are telling me to fixit would cost more then **** dollars. This is all verbally. Thurs 5/4/23 we pick up the Xbox and all we get is verbally that they cant fix it too much is wrong I didnt get anything that stated what was wrong with it and no estimate of the cost to fix it if we actually did want to fix it. The number to the store is ************* I paid ***** and want my money back because they didnt do anything.

    Hi, this is my from P. C. Tech computer store and I am calling about the complaint number ********, but the name so the person that made the complaint was *************************, I was checking the system over here and I do not have nobody with a name. I checked the complaint sounds familiar. But there was something that I mean, we already talked to the to to the person and everything, so I am not really sure if this is the same person.
