On April 7, 2025 I applied for a home improvement loan (*** Title 1). I submitted my application to someone who was away at the time, but I was not aware of it until I called. I was helped by some other man who was off putting in his mannerisms. I tried to inform him that the third party service they use for submitting the application was spoofed and/or hacked. He didn't care. I received a spoof email from them immediately after I submitted by application for the loan.I did get a call saying I was denied for the loan due to of amount of loan requested and information on my credit report. I have a copy of each of the credit reports they used to consider me. They pulled each of the three Bureau credit reports and I was told that based on just one of them, that I had too many unresolved debts on my reports. (I don't have any unresolved debt) so I will be disputing it.I received their letter today, telling me about the denial and the reasons why. Every bit of information he provided in the formal denial of credit is inaccurate. The amount I requested for the loan is inaccurate. I have a copy of the loan application and applied for the max of $25,000. The letter says that I was denied credit of $7,500. This is likely to keep me from re-applying. $7500 is the minimum loan amount for the *** Title 1 Loan. I was not told that each of my credit reports were pulled and he only made me aware of the one that is listed in the formal letter of denial. In fact he pulled all three of my reports. One report is outdated and I have begun the process of having that remedied. He pulled all reports on the same day, but didn't tell me until I went to go look at the reports myself. I think I was denied the loan product because of lies this bank is trying to keep up with. I don't believe the *** Title 1 is available right now because the qualifications for that loan are easier than other traditional loans for which he likely tried to qualify me for, but I didn't want it.

Shoreham Bank is not an ethical lender. I purchased my garage and was aligned with them for the *** loan. The interaction with the bank was always poor. Totally hard to get in contact with anyone about my account. The website didn't allow me to download invoices for my records, even as PDF. When you are able to get in contact with a *** they have multiple directives you need to accomplish to make changes to your loan. I received a payoff amount that was paid. An automatic payment was taken and the bank never issued any amount of the refund I was due for the overage. Their team whittled down what was remaining and even with the smaller portion that was due they didn't return it voluntarily to me the customer. Three months had passed before I learned there was some remaining amount I was due and had to call to learn to inquire why.

I was one month behind with my payment and to my surprise found a note taped to my door from the company. It shows the name of the company pasted on a copy of their business. It was a copy that a child would do to copy an image. They said they got an approval from the Vice President to do this because they tried to reach me and couldnt - which is more shocking. To think a vice president would send such a notice, again just one month behind with this child like copy pasted to my door. I dont know how this business has survived this long with these kinds of practices. It was embarrassing to have come home with this attached to my front door for everyone to see. When I called the company they said that since they couldnt reach me by phone they receive an approval from the vice president to attach a notice to my door. I could understand if Im late 3 or 4 months, but seriously. Are they going to send someone else soon to threaten to break my legs if I am late 2 months. Very disappointed with Home Loan investment bank and as a former federal district court employee, I recommend that ************** be inspected for its unorthodox business practices

This company and partner sold me a damaged vehicle that repaired cost over $7,000 to fix a week after I got the car. I presented them with the problem numerous times. Mistreatment, negligence, and discrimination the down payment on the vehicle was $9,000. The car was illegally repossessed while more work needed to be done. They quoted me total cost of the vehicle was $34,000 but I was approved for $25,000 the car only had ****** miles on it as soon as I drive it no oil. ECU was damaged needed to be replaced. Fuel injectors spark plugs, misfires, over 60 codes needed to be fixed. On a *** 2017 430i I made a complaint to the *** CFPB OCC and home loan investment bank you used deceptive practices to steal my lively hood and I was force to be out of school for 2 semesters and forced out of my apartment. This has left me in emotional distressed and depression. This is fraud
