      I paid for a implant and I did not receive a implant. I was told I would receive a longer implant along with some bone graft and so I decided to be put to asleep to do this procedure, based on the exception they was going to have to drill in my bone to place the implant and my anxiety would get me ( found out my insurance did pay for this as well as myself )I woke up no implant nothing to show for the **** dollars(which it says on the recipe that its for a implant)they took from me and to find out the insurance had paid a lot more than what they stated it would . The Dr knew what he was getting into before this procedure, due to the fact I paid 200 from a 3D imaging to see what was needed or if i could have the procedure at all ..( which also showed nothing was wrong with the tooth he damaged) what ever he did and I ended up had to have a root canal which was another ****** that was stated was due to the harsh surgery he did .I should request that amount aswell from the Dr,but all I'm asking is for the full amount back for service I did not receive or approve of at the time .. if need I can produce the receipt of the procedure that I paid for ..

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have contacted them also thru email requesting a full refund and they have not responded at all .

      On 10/31 my daughter had 4 teeth removed at MSL Facial and Oral Surgery. The dr was over 40 min late and my daughters entire procedure took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. The front desk demanded my husband pay $700 on the spot. Despite his request for a detailed breakdown we did not receive one until the following day. Upon review I noticed we were billed for 4 - 15 min intervals of anesthesia at $175 each totaling $700 in anesthesia charges. My daughter was NOT under anesthesia for more than 10 minutes total. I attempted to resolve this with MSL and was told that as a courtesy they would refund only 1 - 15 minute charge of $175. This is anesthesia fraud. I want a refund for 45 minutes of anesthesia charges.
