  , After a slow water drip of several years in an internal wall, which resulted in severe damage and mold infestation, my wife and I were faced with the daunting job of hiring a company for reconstruction. Happily, we chose SINGLE SOURCE! One day after my call to them., ****** and project manager *********************** arrived to evaluate our situation. They explained in detail how they would proceed. We would need a painting crew, new wall board, ********* to put together a brand new replacement vanity, and a skilled tile expert to replace much of the tile on the wall of our bathroom. During this approximately two month process, I was impressed with project manager ***** rapid response to my phone calls and text messages. When it was all finished, everything looked brand new and perfect. My wife and I were very pleased with SINGLE SOURCE and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs any of their services!

  **** and his team were highly skilled and professional. We had water damage in our bathroom and garage due to a broken shower arm. They quickly addressed the cleanup, worked with our insurance, and rebuilt the most beautiful bathroom. They were patient with our questions, respectful of our ************ couldnt be happier with our entire process. They made a very serious and stressful situation, easy to manage and for that we are so grateful. A special shout to the very talented Mr. **** as we affectionately called him! Not only is his work perfect, the unlimited doggie treats for our nosey pup was very sweet!!Thank you Single Source!!!

  We recently use the single source to help with a water issue. The original sales/manager in charge was wonderful and honest. He left midway through the project and that was when our problems began.The new guy in charge forgot to relay several important pieces of information to his crew causing a lot of confusion. Additionally (and more importantly) they tried to bill me thousands for work they did not do. They fought with me over this and insisted they said they had the right to charge overhead and expenses for the entire project even pieces we did not hire them to do (repaint the room). I was told by the office manager that I was "coming in hot" when I refused to pay for services I did not hire them to do.. The sales guy in charge of the project never gave me a total quote and insisted that I was scamming my insurance if I did pay him overhead and expenses to paint the room even though the insurance had paid me directly, so I had the right to use whoever I wanted. They tried to also charge me a hauling fee for materials they did not remove. Very unethical and dishonest. At the end of the day I ended up having my bill brought down by over $2000 after going through it line item by line item.

  Top notch company.From beginning to end,everyone was very helpful.Amazing crew.My kitchen is absolutely gorgeous.Once the cabinets were in it was finished in 2 weeks.***** did a great job of scheduling.I could call him anytime with my questions.I definitely recommend Single Source.

  They were INCREDIBLE. Nicest people, did exactly what they said they would when they said they would do it, and really went above and beyond to make me happy with the end result, even though it meant more work for them. I can't recommend them enough!
