Had a very thorough, educational visit from *** and *** of RI Home Improvement. Any concern that I had regarding exterior siding installation was addressed in detail by ***. The products and services offered by RIHI are very impressive, and the workmanship is top notch. *** had provided me with an equally thorough and educational visit for window installation last year. ******* was great. After we explained what we wanted in our bathroom ******* explained everything they were going to do for us in our bathroom, step by step. It was very satisfying for us to have such a knowledgeable sales person explaining everything so that we could understand the process. Not only was she very knowledgeable but she was also a pleasure to have in our home. Young man came to our door Sunday...very nice. (I usually chase these guys away!) Company followed up next day...appointment today (Tuesday) ******** is our INITIAL contact with RIHI...very pleasant, cordial, informative. Company is locally owned and operated and we are in the middle of researching our project. We had RIHI (Rhode Island Home Improvement) remodel our kitchen. They did a wonderful job, from demo to install. All the workers were great to work with, they were very knowledgeable, professional and overall great to work with. Took excellent care of all areas of my house, cleaned up daily. The install team were great to work with, made sure everything was what I wanted. It made the process very easy to deal with. I truly Love my new kitchen. I have had RIHI (Rhode Island Home Improvement Inc.) several improvements to my old home. They started with the roof, then doors and siding, and they also sided the inside of the porch. What a difference!!! Looks beautiful!!! Such a great improvement!!! RIHI were easy to work with. If I wasnt sure of a decision, they took the time to explain the options. The inside of porch, was just going to have the siding be the exterior house wall. When I asked about the other walls, and ceiling, they came up with a solution of vertical siding on those walls, and it looks beautiful!!! So cheery and clean!!! This will be so easy to dust and clean too!!! Perfect!!! All the workers knew and did their jobs very well, and were very respectful of me, and my property!!! I am so pleased with them!!! They will change out the basement windows soon. If youre looking for a company that cares about their workmanship, and starts at the time they give you; this is the company to choose!!! We recently had our roofs(garage and home) totally replaced by RIHI. Our house is a 125 year Victorian with steep gables and decorative touches including a turret. Not an easy job but all work was completed to specifications and expected timeline. The roofing crew was amazing to watch. Each person worked as hard as the next. They were meticulous in completing particular details of the day. It was clear that the crew was well versed in all safety precautions and they worked together as a team to ensure each others safety. They made extraordinary efforts to keep not only our property clean but our neighbors as well. Any repairs to the roof that were needed before laying the shingles were done correctly and without delay. We had no worries at all because of the crews diligence and the company providing a well trained and cohesive team. we felt completely confident that the company wanted to take care of us and our home. The crew were masters of roofing. They worked incredibly hard for long periods each day of the job. we wholeheartedly recommend RIHI for roof replacement. They will be our first stop for any future projects that come up.Rhode Island Home Improvement Inc.
