      This gym has had a hot water issue for nearly a year. Members attempting to shower have had no hot water. After months of complaints, a plumber was called, who needed to order part. That part took months to obtain. The part was installed about a month ago. Since the part was installed, the water temp. has actually gotten worse. Members continue to complain but the complaints to the attendants does not help. The manager, ***********************, is very sympathetic and has done his best to resolve the issue without success. The owner and the plumber involved need to provide members with hot water. We pay for this. Many members use the gym prior to work. They attempt to shower but without hot water, nearly impossible to do, In addition, this is a significant public health concern. How can you sufficiently clean a gym without hot water?

      On June 25th around 3pm I went to the Warwick ** location of PF to tan. About 30 mins after leaving I got a call from PF. A young man accused me of reliving myself in a trash can. I told him I hadnt done that but the man insisted that as I was last in the room it had to be **** asked if he had me on camera to which he said no there wasn't cameras over there. I asked Why was I being chosen to be blamed when it could have been anyone who tanned that day or even someone who slipped in as the doors are unlocked. No response. I feel like I was being blamed in retaliation for the complaint I made regarding the destruction of pricey pants due to a staff members lack of proper cleaning. When I checked in there was a supervisor its very odd that the supervisor wouldnt be the one to call me and revoke my membership. *** tried to get to the bottom of this but no one at PF will respond to my contacts. Ive tried every way listed online to reach them so I can only assume Im being ignored. As someone who works for a law firm Im very concerned this will get back to my employer and cost me my job / reputation as no firm nor employer would hire me if they thought I was doing that. I wish I didnt complain about the pants now I didnt realize the man was unstable. This guy has my full name home number picture all at his disposal to defame me. *** how far this set up went did he blame me bc he thought I was getting payback for my pants by doing that and another person had actually done it or maybe there was nothing in the trash and he made the whole thing up.
