      I saw my doctor on January 10 2023 and received a bill that I paid on February 16, 2023. I received a second bill dated March 3, for the same co-payment for the visit in January 10, 2023.I have called the medical billing service no fewer than 10 times over 5 days. Every single time I have call, I get a answering machine with a prerecorded message providing hours, where to make a payment, and I am told they are speaking with another customer and are unable to take my call. Same message even at 9 pm, when they are closed.I have left 4 messages and they have not yet returned my call to resolve my billing question.

      I have spoken to *********  My name is **** and we have had some major issues with our new phone application regarding voice mail.  This is a known issue and we are actively resolving it with the company.  I have supplied the client my cell phone number for any future questions.
