      I had an intake assessment with this company in the fall (September or October) to see if they would be a good fit for counseling services. I decided to go with another provider. In Feburary of this year I was charged $110 at random by them, and was only able to get the money back by disputing the charge with my bank, but i still don't know if I have an outstanding payment to my name. They reached out and claimed that they needed my insurance information (I had since switched jobs and had new insurance) only to tell me that i "had no coverage at the time of my intake assessment". Since then, they've been completely unresponsive to my emails, voicemails and phone calls to resolve this matter and ensure I don't have outstanding medical debt with them. If I hadn't set up automatic notifications for credit card charges via text, this would have gone unnoticed and they would have taken the money without telling me.
