    Awful management. Night manager is verbally and emotionally abusive to guests. One of the most toxic work environments Ive witnessed, as other staff dont even want to step in to assist guests due to having to work with a piece of c*** night manager, knowing that the general manager isnt going to do a thing to provide accountability to this night manager. Ive never directly witnessed such outrageous asinine behavior from a grown man in the role of a manager. Literally giving the silent treatment to guests when he doesnt want to deal with questions. Intentionally waiting until a guest has missed the shuttle (when theyve been asking for an *** for its arrival and hes been giving the silent treatment), and then choosing to tell them it just left. And then proceeding to tell them hes not taking to them because theyre drama and he doesnt deal with drama because they were hoping to get an idea of when the shuttle might be expected. He is a pathological man and there is no clear answer on why the general manager or owner allows him to continue abusing guests and coworkers unchecked. Left a voicemail for the general manager, and just like In was forewarned by other staff members, he didnt respond. Really disgusting on every level.
