    On April 12,2023 I brought my car into Mercedes dealership in Warwick RI. I told the service man about water in my trunk and how my tms module was wet hence why in the report that I have it states how they ordered a new one. But never replaced it. . Because they said it was unnecessary. I had a water test done by Mercedes and they told me the leak came from the roof. And they cleaned it and I repaired the electric work around the driver side. Well I just got a second opinion wondering why I am having electrical problems again and after a second water test I found out that a leak was found in the trunk. If Mercedes had listened to me and really did a water test like they claimed they did they wouldve saved me the future damages that I am now facing with my car!!!! They took advantage. This video attached to this complaint is the video taken from a second opinion. And this isnt even a Mercedes dealership!!!!!

    Thank you for allowing Mercedes-Benz of Warwick the opportunity to assist. Attached is copy of the repair order with all three pages for review. Tech notes that check engine light on and TPM module inoperative due to corrosion on floor harness. Water test was performed to figure out why corrosion in the floor harness. A leak was found coming from clogged sunroof drains.   Unclogged drains, removed carpet and installed and re-wired new can blocks to clear faults. TPM sensor module not replaced as pin was found bent, unbent pin and plugged back in. ********************** -Benz of Warwick has offered to schedule vehicle for a courtesy re-check of all work and parts that we replaced to see if anything has failed from 4/12/2023. Please contact our service department to arrange an appointment so that we can try to assist further.
