      DO NOT RENT IN A PICERNE PROPERTY. Especially the *********! They showed us an apartment in person that was beautiful and upgraded. The online tour that was directly linked to my apartment showed this beautiful apartment. Yeah we got baited and switched! The actual apartment is a dump. Every cabinet is peeling paint and damaged inside and out, every baseboard is damaged and just painted over, our counter tops are coming up and away from the walls, and are warped. The bedroom had a dent in the subfloor, our appliances had dents in them, this place is disgusting!Had to live with the upstairs neighbors from h*** for 4 months of constant banging on our ceiling. I think they were really trying to see how far they could push until they came through it! The agents and manager will lie to your face. I wouldn't believe them if their tongues came notarized. I had my car broken in to, costing me *******. They knew it was an on going issue according to metro police yet the complex never sent our courtesy warning notices, they left me 3 days without a working refrigerator. Manger had audacity to tell me because it is freezing it is still considered working. So do you drink milk-cicles? Had to fight to get that fixed. Had to file a **** of housing complaint for ADA *************** And now they are trying to nickel and dime me to move out! This place is unreal. Please do not rent from them. Spare yourself. There are hundreds of other places to live that are not picerne run where you might find a peaceful place to call home. Cause this place and anything they run isn't it.

      *Bad business conduct* I would be weary of moving here. I recently moved out and gave a written 60 day notice. I called the leasing office and spoke to ************************* and asked if I could turn the keys in early since I had already moved out within the *************************************************************************** they had and said no problem. Then I receive my move out itemized fees and theres a $697 charge for a 12 day notice fee. After calling the main office I was informed the fee was due to turning the keys in early and not completing the 60 day notice. I wish ******** would have mentioned that a fee would have been involved for turning the keys in sooner. I would have just waited to turn the keys in. The management team is suppose to be the subject matter experts and I feel like they take advantage of their residents ignorance in order to nickel and dime them. It left a bad taste in my mouth with the way theyve conducted business. I would just be very weary of moving into this complex.Pros: shoutout to the maintenance team their the best Ive ever encountered. They respond within 2-3 hrs. The grounds and amenities are well kept and very clean.
