    An elderly relative received a postcard with "NOTICE: We are trying to reach you regarding the property listed on the back of this card. Please contact us ASAP" and a similar "NOTICE" on the back. There is small print that describes what they want (cash for homes) but it's far smaller than the scary titles and the phone number. Targeting people with high pressure tactics that look like government notices, especially elderly homeowners, is deeply unethical.

    So sick of their commercials, people like this take advantage of people, never let them price of your property, call 3 or 4 pros . Then decide

    **** and ** are total scam artists! They will tell you that your house needs so much work to trick you into letting them buy your house, just to turn around and list it as is on the **** The same thing the homeowners can do. What makes the situation worse is to one of their workers **** who is acting as a realtor in the situation, the person stated they were not in a clear mind as their brain didn't function properly. **** and ** were made aware and instead of helping this poor couple they sent a notary over unannounced to trap them.
