    In May 2023, *********** replaced my roof and add solar panels at my listed residence. It caused severe leaks and damaged the interior of my house. *********** came our several times, said it was a gutter problem and charged my $2000 more to fix the issue. That fix did not work. They returned again and fixed the issue. No leaks now but the interior of my house and front door needs repalcement. I contacted the company and they sent out an adjuster. That was several months ago. The adjuster recently informed my they discovered there was a subcontractor that did the work, which we did not authorize. Nothing has been resolved. I just want my house repaired to the original condition. There is a note for $77000 to pay for the roof and solar.

    Attached is the final letter from the insurance company stating that ******************************** was not liable to the issue Mr. ***** was experiencing. This claim went through the insurance process and took the time frame determined from the adjusters to investigate the issue and determine the cause.
