Had a clogged drain that was unclogged by the company. Unfortunately, the workers left my basement and bathroom in horrendous shape. A large portion of my basement floor was covered with water and sewage, as well as my basement sink. My basement rug was ruined as well as some clothes. My toilet was also damaged and water leaked on the floor with each flush. I had to clean out my basement, wipe things down with bleach. The vehicle also dumped something on my driveway. I called and spoke to the manager and was told I would not be charged. I checked my credit card and I see a pending transaction. I am requesting a refund.Please see the attached videos and pictures,
