My contact with Ne tiny homes started with a not so simple question it was can we build a tiny home out of my daughter's garage In *********, ************. The owner *** said let me get back to you. The next morning i called *******************, when they returned my call city **** told me a contractor was there asking about my daughter's property. That was a WOW moment for me.. Being 63 that was so old school and impressive.I did get other quotes from other companies. However, they turned me down due to the new laws and code ************** i think the longest part of the process was waiting for the work permits. That reflex on the city and them understanding ADU new laws (laws were put in to effect earlier this year.)Once the permits were in hand the construction started the following week.I happy to say we are 1/2 way done. Roughly my turn around time will be 2 months. We have run into a few issues but overcame them. *** and his site workers are all so wonderful. They all have become part of our Family. So when you are ready to build your own ADU, Granny flat, inlaw apartment whatever you wish to call it Call the Best and never settle for less NE tiny homes.. .
