    NO REFUND for NO VALUE RECEIVED We acquired insurance for a trip to ****** that was cancelled for now obvious reasons, but the cancellation was after their 10-day no refund rule, so they decided that offering NO REFUND in response to NO VALUE RECEIVED was just fine according to their "industry-standard" rules.That was strike two after they originally tried to get us to pay more for insurance than was called for by our progress payments on the trip. We refused and they lowered the starting price. Future buyers beware, we'll not use them again...

    Thank you for your review. I see you purchased your policy in April ************************************** June 2024, which is outside the 10-day review period you have in your policy. We reached out to your insurance provider and requested an exception and they offered for you to reuse the policy on another trip since the policy is no longer eligible for a premium refund. You can use it on an international or domestic trip, and you would just have to let us know the new trip details prior to the original departure of 10/28/2024.

    I purchase Travel Insurance from this company on 12/19/2022 for $386.98 as a Travel Agent working for ****** Brothers Policy #*****w1024. The toatl Commission on the sale was $96.75 of which I was to recieve $48.38. The Commission was never paid to my Host Agency ****** Brothers and I in turn, never received my commission while Insure My trip receieved the sale.I ahve tied for the last several months to work with their ********************* as well as ****** Brothers talking to them asking for proof of remittance, so they could pay me. They have failed to do so. I would highly recommmend you stay away from this company as they do not honor their committments.

    I am requesting assistance in attaining the return of my trip insurance payment which was purchased on 1/17/20 (pre-pandemic). My wife and I are retired senior citizens (*** citizens) and were planning a 2020 fall trip to *******, ********, **************** Prior to the trip, the pandemic hit forcing ***************** to ban travel to Great Britain. Our flight to ****** was cancelled by a major ** airline. There were two other flights related to the trip which were reimbursed by the non-*** airlines. We also purchased a rail tour however the provider agreed to reimburse us our money if we agreed to sign a confidentiality agreement which we quickly accepted. We would be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement with InsureMyTrip if they would offer us the same opportunity. InsureMyTrip did issue a credit voucher however we are not able to use it because of health issues and concerns. The voucher states the voucher is transferable so if someone can assist us in finding a buyer we would certainly accept that option. The voucher is for $1,381.We do not understand why InsureMyTrip is not willing to reimburse customers their money since the company did not incur any out of pocket expense. I hope my money didn't end up as incentive pay for a senior officer.

Your insurance ********* *** Travel Guard, issued a voucher for the premium to use on a future trip back in Sept 2020 since that is what they are offering to customers that had to cancel during the pandemic. The decision to reimburse you rather than provide a voucher would be with *** Travel Guard. I would be happy to reach out to them on your behalf since you purchased from our website to request a refund rather than the voucher.
