    Ordered online on July 26th, 2024, got a confirmation email immediately (attached below). On August 2nd, I received an email saying that they were delayed with their orders (attached below). I followed up at 1 month via email at ************************************ on Aug 26th but have heard no reply back. Their refund policy states that orders past 60 days are eligible for refund. I sent that email today requesting my refund. But since I have not heard anything from the company since Aug 2nd, I am suspicious that this is a scam.

THE CUSTOMER PLACED HER ORDER WITH ***********************, WHICH APPEARS TO BE A COMPANY WHO MANUFACTURES AND SELLS BLUETOOTH EARPHONES. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED IN ANY WAY WITH THIS COMPANY.

    THE EMAIL ADDRESS THE CUSTOMER SENT HER INQUIRIES TO IS "***********************************************************."  WE HAVE A SIMILAR EMAIL ADDRESS: ********************************** WHILE WE CAN UNDERSTAND THE SIMILARITY WITH COMPANY NAMES CAUSING CONFUSION, WE ARE NOT THE COMANY THE CUSTOMER IS HAVING ISSUES WITH.

    PLEASE NOT THIS TO OUR FILE AND REMOVE THE COMPLAINT.  WE WICH THE CUSTOMER ALL THE BEST IN RECEIVING EITHER THE ***** SHE ORDERED OR A REFUND.
