It is important to offer a reference for a review when service has been more than outstanding. I called upon ProEdge Remodeling for an estimate to ***lace my huge 4 sectional Window. Who in thier right mind wants to purchase a ***lacement every 8 years?! Sadly each ***lacement failed.. These were from well known Name Brand companies! This time around I called upon ProEdge Remodelingv to find out about the brand and get estimate. 3-4 minutes later.. I was given a background 60+ yrs making and installing Windows! (I hadworked for the BBB in ** many years ago) Great! The *** took my info, coordinated a date and time.. confirmed the day before with me... The Product Representative was knowledgeable about the specifications of the windows they sold what could work best for us and what we could select from given various price ranges and various options. We agreed upon a triple pane Window to handle the sun and seasonal changes so it would not fail this time. Neither company even cared. Just Sold on history of the name brand window and gave us a song dance about their warranty. With ProEdge Remodeling we received a Double Life Transferable Warranty and a gorgeous ***lacement! Price nearly what was paid for the failed Window years earlier Name Brand.. When it came to installation the team that came were knowledgeable, extremely organized, neat about their work and we were thrilled with the results of the installation. I now have an incredibly gorgeous window. This window is approximately 107 in across if that can give you any idea..With the options that were chosen I'm feeling secure, extremely thrilled with pricing, extremely thrilled with the quality and extremely thrilled with the entire process from the initial call to the complete installation! Coming from prior Better Business Bureau employee that should take the cake when looking for a reliable window company. My two cents anyway. Hope that helps anyone else looking.

I got new windows thru Proedge a couple of years ago and last Feb I developed a crack in my picture window that I put in a claim and have yet to resolve without any detailed explanation as to why it has taken so long. A little over a month ago I had someone come down and measure my picture window and again all I hear is crickets. Ive sent texts with no response and calls going straight to voicemail. I recommend you NOT get windows from Proedge because if you have an issue, they will take their sweet time to resolve if not at all

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, ****. We understand your frustration with the delay in resolving your issue, and for that we apologize sincerely. To address this our team will be reaching out to you to provide an update on your project. Our commitment is to resolve your concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. We value you as a customer and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Sadly, I feel this is a pre-written response and an another delay attempt because ProEdge as a company to me has not shown me any kind of transparency as to why it takes almost a year to replace one.just one window. Ive worked in manufacturing in a factory for 30 years. If you appreciate me or anyone else who is just trying to get thru paycheck to paycheck this wouldve been already resolved.

I have never dealt with a more arrogant lying company. They absolutely do not keep any of their promises. They get you to sign the papers and say whatever you want to hear and do not standby by their promises then act like it is the customer who is being unreasonable. They promised a door within 6 weeks, and windows within 12 its week 22 and they offered a $300 compensation. They could barely utter the words Im sorry and insisted they only made $300 on the job. They are liars and cheats and do NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I could not make the stories up. Even the general manager who promises to take care of everything turned the situations on me as if it was my fault. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use this company - please go with someone else. Spare yourself the frustration, insult and expense.

The sales person was very nice and not pushy. Then came the bad part. He said a manager will call me which j had no issue with. Then "marketing manager" after "marketing manager" calls and even when I say I will speak to them when they do not call from a restricted number they keep doing it. I requested them to call from an office number and they refused and then say they are not able to do that. When I say it seems shady, the "marketing manager" proceeds to call me crazy multiple times because I requested to call me from an office number or not call me again and hurls other insults at me insisting I don't know what I'm talking about and all businesses call people like this and when I say they don't, he keeps saying I'm crazy as well as worse things that I can not post here and hangs up. I would heavily advise people to look at their BBB reviews and see if they really want to work with a company like this. I am glad I didn't after how their "office" and "marketing manager"s acted.

Their salesman ******* represented the company very well. Their service to do date was extremely late. Their lead representative *************************** was a VERY RUDE and condescending person. His repeated threats of sending our account to collections from the first conversation implied a racist tone and eagerness to show he was happy to have our family lose money. Especially given their tardiness of service and knowledge of life threatening health conditions I had previously and currently suffered. We as a family rate their salesman a 5, which is why we signed up. We would rate their commitment to their service date a 2. And finally we would rate their lead administrative team a 0.Please use another installment company if you can afford to. Given I personally do not spend my time rating others services, I hope you find my words in good faith. #beblesses.

We have two deck doors that need to be replaced so we had ProEdge come out to take measurements and provide a quote. The appointment was for 6:30pm and I figured it would only take a half hour or so. Instead the sales rep went through a ridiculously long presentation (even after we stressed that we wanted to make this quick as it was dinner time and our son hadn't eaten) about the company's history, comparing their technology to their competitors, ASKING US HOW MUCH WE PAID IN ENERGY COSTS and what other work we'd had done, etc. By the time we got to product selection 90 minutes had already elapsed, and then came the price quote. Let me preface by saying we had 22 windows replaced in our home two years ago (through another company) and it cost approximately $35k. For twenty-two windows. ProEdge wanted $20k for TWO sliding glass doors. We told the rep that was far too pricey, and only then did he "realize he'd made a mistake" and "corrected" the quote to be $16k. We said that was still too high and that we'd look elsewhere, and then he turned into a haggling car salesman. He asked what price we were hoping for and after doing a little digging we said $10k. He made a phone call and said he could match that price, but only if we agreed to write a "testimonial" which he offered to write for us. By then over two hours had gone by and we declined the offer, and he still kept trying to convince us otherwise. Finally he took the loss but asked us to "rate" their company and their product - yes, rate a product we didn't actually purchase.Do not do business with this shady, pushy, sleazy company. They clearly ask you questions about your expenses to gauge how much they can upcharge you, and only drop the price when you push back and are willing to publicly praise them, or pretend they made a mistake when calculating. Absolute slimeball tactics.

My HOA has not approved the installation of the windows and they were very clear with Proedge as to the reason why. We have been reaching out to Proedge and there has been no further response. I emailed that I needed to know something so I could terminate this order and not have someone show up at my door to install windows and/or being charged for windows that have not been installed. I would love to get my deposit back, if possible, since my HOA is denying the service. Proedge has not given them the documentation they've been looking for to approve the work. I recently reached out to one of the salesmen that came out and I've gotten no response. I regret signing on, but when you have two people in your house, staring you down and not trying to leave, you make decisions under pressure. I wish you weren't forced to make a decision before getting approval from the **** I know for next time. I'm thankful that my HOA is looking out for me and didn't want me to possibly end up with a purchase I'd regret. I'd just like to hear from someone that they have canceled the job and that I can get my deposit back.

We had a rep come to our home to price out windows. At first he was a normal sales guy going through the window basics, checking out current windows and providing us with options. For the main window in living room, my wife wanted a bay window. The rep told us that they couldn't do a bay, and that a bow would be the next best option. After some back and forth and after seeing how much all the windows would cost, we decided on the bow window, but told the rep we had other companies coming to quote us. This is when things went left, he then turned into a pushy sales person, telling us that their costs were better than most, and started bad mouthing competitors in a "nice" way. We felt like we were in a car dealership, but the excitement of redoing the window won over, and my wife and I put down a deposit. After some time and research we did find better options at more affordable prices. We reached out to the corporate office after the 3 day window, and they insisted that there was nothing they could do. We find this hard to believe as the windows were not slated to be ready until February. We feel like the rep misinformed us, which is a bad sales practice. We are working on getting an attorney to cancel this, as my wife does not want the window.

************ In Nov, 2021 I had all my windows replaced by Pro Edge Windows and a new doorway cut and a new door installed. At the end of the day when the installers were leaving, I noticed they had not cleaned the windows. When I brought this to their attention, they tried to clean the windows but there were smudges between the window panes that could not be cleaned. Pro Edge sent a rep out to inspect the windows and he said the glass would have to be replaced. After repeated calls to Pro Edge with multiple people coming out to inspect the windows, the glass has still not been changed. The door that was cut and installed was too short. It was suppose to match the style and height of our back door. This is a hazard as my son is very tall and hits his head on the top of the entry way. The sales manager has sent multiple people to look at the door but keep saying it was my fault for not being specific about the height. The door frame was built up on the top to aestheticly appear to be the same height. Pro Edge is no longer returning my calls.
