After a snow storm our Mayor ordered all cars to be off the street, so the snowplows could clear the roads. I was trying to move my cars, I have 4 of them. I am elderly and didn't move quick enough for the Policeman or the Tow Truck Drivers. I didn't get the keys fast enough for the tow truck drivers, so they hooked up my cars and dragged them back to their tow yard. They towed my 2005 Jeep and did damage to the rear bumper, scraped it and put a hole in it. Also one of the lenses was broken during the tow. I had a tarp over one of the windows because it wouldn't go up, it was being worked on. They removed the tarp before the tow, so while it sat in the towyard, it filled up with snow. I now have an issue with the transmission, since it was dragged the whole way to their tow yard. They also towed my 1995 Saturn car and have no idea where that is or what damage they may have done to that.

      To whom it may concern:
Customer stated that he was on scene when Warwick Police had his 4 vehicles towed during a parking ban while we were in the middle of a snow storm, however, customer was NOT on scene and if he was I am 100% sure ************** would have gave him plenty of time to remove his 4 vehicles. Also IF he WAS on scene he would have know what 3 tow companies towed his vehicles as he is claiming all three tow companies were there with  him and ************** and that none of us would allow him time to get keys to the vehicles. It took him over a week to figure out where his vehicles were, if he was there when we were there he would have know what company towed what vehicle.. Also not a single one of the 4 vehicles that were towed were able to drive, they were all INOPERABLE VEHICLES so he would not have been able to move them with keys or not with keys. You can verify this information by contacting the Warwick Police traffic division, who tried to contact the owner and could not get in touch with him before they called anyone to tow the 4 vehicles.
All us tow companies in this world tow vehicles on flat beds every day with NO KEYS and that does not create any issues with the transmissions of said vehicles being towed on a flatbed. (His 05 Jeep was towed on a flatbed).
There was never a tarp over the window, another thing you can verify with the *************************. IF there was a tarp on the window we would not have removed it. We did also tow his 95 Saturn and he is well aware that we have this vehicle as he is stating that he does not know where it is. He was supposed to come down with the title and sign the vehicle over as he could not afford to fix the vehicle to begin with and did not want to pay for an impound on a vehicle he could not afford to fix. His ************************************************************************** and his ********************* our impound lot, as he is well aware and is also in the exact condition as when we picked it up.
