    BAD EXPERIENCE. Not a reliable company to deal with.I have been Pease Awning & Sunroom company's customer for over 5 years.Every season I have to call about 2-3 times to ask (bagging) to install our awning on OUR SCHEDULED week in the spring. And the deadline was always missed which complicated my setup for my family and professional events.This year we have a college graduation and, as usual, I called 3 times to make sure the company would deliver what was promised: installation on time...and once again, they didn't. Instead of "our apologies", ******** (from the desk) said, "We can't make everyone happy".So, I went to pick up my awning today, and we are scrambling to ask around who can install the awning before our events. To add to it, our awning is licking when it's raining. Our old awning didn't have the problem.
