      I had JMB Plumbing...************ ** install a new water heater on 04/03/2023. They gave me a price of $1395.00. He performed the work. However, when I checked my Amex statement; he had charged me an additional $ *****. I called him immediately and he said it was a processing fee. He also stated that since he had forgot to tell me; he would refund me in check form. Two weeks later and No check and doesn't return my calls or texts. So much for good *****************

      *******************; a customer that we serviced properly, very timely and given a price by our company that was between $300-$600 less than our competitors. We responded and installed his water heater within two hours of his initial contact with our company. After the job, we forgot to mention the credit card processing fee of 3% which came out to $41.85. This amount has been refunded to him as a courtesy given that all processing companies charge this fee. During which, a check a has been sent to him within a two week period, paid out before our payables schedule, again as a courtesy. Attached is a picture of the check issued to ********************
