    I dropped my truck off 2-29-24. For a cam shaft sensor. Then I was told it needed a full camshaft replacement. Then after a month of having my truck they told me they blew the engine. Since then r go by have blocked my phone number from calling to get in touch with them. So I have to stop in every week to ask whats going on whenever I can get a ride there.(they know I have no vehicle) every time I talk to someone they tell me with a smile it will be ready next week. Its 5 months later and he told me his mechanic is in jail and hes the only guy that works in the building who can fix engines and is not just a part changer. So Im still waitin getting nothing but an attitude and and excuse every time I inquire about my personal vehicle that they are keeping from me and blocking my number so I cannot get ahold of them. There is still no finish date in ******** at a real loss now because of this business and their actions or lack of. Any mechanic can fix anything on a vehicle in less than a week. I feel they are deliberately not fixing my vehicle because they probably dont even know how to. But they still took my money. Also ***** at priority assured me 2-29 that is would be finished before my open heart surgery on 3-8. That date has came and went I have had heart surgery and already fully healed faster than they can repair a truck. This issue caused me so much stress during my surgery and recovery. Having no vehicle caused me to lose a job and income after everything I have been thought **** year. And ***** ****** the owner just keeps giving me excuses why it will be ready the following week. This is a very bad buisness with very bad owner/employees and customer service. I jave been paid in full since 3-7 with a receipt and I have countless screen shots of myself reaching out for an updat with no answers.

    Incident occurred in early May 2024 I paid $500 for a supposed new battery. Was told it was a special battery containing water? Was provided with a reconditioned battery which normally sells for $111. Business has not attempted to resolve my problem. Was provided with a "receipt" showing only the amount charged and no definition of product sold, only "battery".

    I brought my truck to be fixed on February 28, 2024. The first day I was told it was a cam shaft sensor that needed to be replaced. I paid 460$ to have the cam shaft replaced. Then the next day I was told it needs a whole new camshaft replacement. I weighed my options and decided to go through with the repair. I was told it would be 3600$ for fix, I put 1900$ Down that day. I in informed the mechanics ***** I would need my truck back by 3-8-2024 because I was going to have open heart surgery and would not be around for atleast a month after that date. On 3-7-2024 ***** had called me and said he was staying late to finish. If I could complete payment I could have it picked up the next day or they would drop it off at my house. I was in the hospital for 9 days and priority auto stopped answering my phone calls and did not drop my truck off. When i finally got ahold of someone there I was told they messed up repairing my truck and it was jumping timing. I called every week since then and they do not pick up the phone. The next contact I had weeks later, I was told they messed up and were putting in a new engine because of their faulty repair. This was in mid March. I drive by there often and my truck has not moved since. (2 months) every time I stop on due to them not answering my calls. I am told they dont know whats going on. Every time. I call and stop on weeklong still with no truck, explanation, or repair. I paid 3900$!to this company. And they just let my truck sit doing nothing. Leaving me with no way to get to drs appointments, cardio rehab, grocery shopping or work. It has been over 2 months and they still have my vehicle and money. With no resolution. They have now blocked my phone number. I have no way to get to work or live daily life at this point. If possible I would like my truck fixed that I paid in full for on 3-7-2024. They just took my money and left me stranded with no vehicle for months now. I dont know how to resolve this issue myself

    Owner of Priority Auto agreed to repair my vehicle from an accident. He repaired body damage but failed to finish any electrical damage associated with the body damage He continued to tell me it would be fixed and had my car I'm his garage for 5 weeks. I had to pick it up cause I felt it was there long enough Th electrical repair was still not done This garage received a full repair cost according to his estimate He promised to pick up my car at my home on April 17th and the car was not picked up I insist my car is completely repaired according to his pmt from my insurance company pmt

    I brought my wifes car to Priority Auto in July due to Transmission issues. He said it would be done in 2 weeks. I still dont have my car. I call they always say it will be done this week. I go and ask for them to finish and they say they are waiting on parts. We are going 6 months without a car and it has been very difficult. I went there once and the owner was hiding in a closest. I have a video of that transaction. I have been very calm though out the whole issue I just want the work to be done and my car returned. He said he wont give me my money back. I would take it somewhere else if he did. Please help.
