      Absolutely atrocious business in terms of installation, follow up in the field to rectify a problem with installation and even worse non existent follow up to assist said customer in dealing with a direct installation issue.I had a service contractor attempt to install an RO unit under my kitchen sink, He worked on it for two hours reporting mid job a problem. Went out to his truck, came back in, dusted off his hands and said all set. When I went to use the water, hot water was coming out of the drinking clear link spigot. I said thats not acceptable. DUH!!!!!!!!I told him to remove the unit. He did so. After doing that, I checked my faucet and had only a dribble of water coming out of the hot water direction. He claimed thats how it was when he tested the water at the outset. At no point during the early minutes of the job did he ever call me over to tell me he was concerned about my hot water pressure at that faucet, I was home and close by, So that was a blatant lie or an egregious omission. I could not have used a hot water stream of 2 mm ever and have lived here x 3 years. When I asked for help and support and direction from both him and his superiors including the management team from Culligan International based in **, I heard NOTHING. I even submitted a lengthy email to the ********** ************************** (to whom I had spoken on the phone also), ***********************, the general manager in RI as well as the sales rep who tried to sell the unit. Again I heard nothing in return, They are the worst company Ive been unfortunate enough to experience. Damaging installation, no remediation of installer induced issue, no management follow up. They should never carry a peerless BBB rating, They deserve an F rating. I have had to hire my own plumber to troubleshoot, At no point at all did they circle back to inquire about the status. Just awful. Read all the negative reviews online. I should have regrettably. The WORST.
