    On April 16th, 17th and 18th of 2024 I rented 3 storage units; 1 on the 1st floor (space number 242, size 10x20, $445.00) and 2 additional units on the 2nd floor (space number 376, size 10x15, $409.00 and space number 304, size 10x20, $380.00). I have several questions regarding these units. One is regarding the price difference between the smaller unit on the 2nd floor having space number 376, 10x15, is charged $409.00/month, while space number 304, 10x20 is $380.00/month. I have made several calls to the call center and spoke to **** who told me that I would be getting a call within 48hours regarding this matter, however I received no call back. I called again, at number **************, and requested that CEO ****** ***** return my call, however no call was received. When I originally called the call center, **** told me that a ***** ******* would be calling back within 48 hours. However, again. no call was received. On April 15, 2024, ***** called me regarding the storage contracts, which I have no problem in signing, however, would appreciate an explanation regarding the charges to the mentioned 2 units. She said someone would be calling me back but still no one has contacted me regarding this matter. I called ****** ***** for the second time on April 15, 2024 but still haven't heard back. In addition, even though I have been on auto-pay from the beginning, I have been billed with erroneous charges to include late fees with absolutely no reasonable explanation. From my understanding, a Ms. **** *****, VP of Field Operations, is the person in charge at both ********, ** locations. I have placed multiple phone calls to both offices, however, no one answers the phone. I am currently 104 miles away from this location and unable to make an in-person visit.I am requesting to be contacted by someone who can address these concerns and resolve this matter immediately.Thank you.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.The business hasn't responded to me in over 4 months. Many emails sent with no response.
