    They mistook me for someone else who supposedly called them and left a nasty voicemail about his wife who also work there on the Friday of the week I took my glass in to get repaired. I took mine in on Wednesday and called them the following Monday for an update. I never reached out to them on Friday. The man whom owns the shop got very aggressive at me, wanting to start a fight. He threw out a bunch of F-bombs and other curse words at me. No matter how many times I told him I was so confused what was happening because I never did that nor would have done that, he didnt believe me. The wife was somewhat apologetic about it all when I explained it wasnt me, but it was still not okay at all. I ended up leaving because I felt so threatened and took my business to Dependable Glass. What a weird and bizarre encounter with Westerly Glass.
