    I contracted with *** via email correspondence for a roll off dumpster. My initial inquiry to pricing was dated 4/21/25. The dumpster was dropped off 5/9/25. Emails from *** stated that I had the dumpster for 2 weeks and explained additional charges if I exceeded a specific weight of the dumpster. The dumpster was picked up 6 days later than agreed, several large and small items removed from the dumpster and thrown about my property, including shattered glass items on my patio. They stated I was informed of the max fill policy when I contracted with them. Later, they stated that it was clearly labeled inside the dumpster what the max fill line was - I supplied them a picture of the inside of the dumpster when I received it and asked them to indicate where this obviously stated sign was and all they could say was it was there and I was informed prior. Today, 6/2, I receive a call from the company stating an almost $300 in additional charges for disposal of specific items that are additional. They claim this was clearly stated in the contract and on their website. I asked for a copy of my contract as I was never supplied a formal document, everything was through email exchange. After several attempts at requesting this information, the company threatened me with harassment and then emailed me a contract dated 5/28 (two days AFTER they picked up the dumpster) and the customer signature line is blank. Today was the first time I have seen this document. Additionally, I checked their website and printed it out at 12:05pm today and there was nothing stating these additional charges. Now, at 1:45pm today, there is an additional paragraph to include this. They have threatened to send this to collections if I dont pay in full immediately. I dont have the exact amount Im disputing because I have not been supplied itemized charges.
