I am Deaf and On 27Feb/2024 i bought engine from Jag Auto Salvage, they told me that 2015 Kia ***** 1.8L engine is in excellent condition and is low miles that i do not need to worry about it and they are offering me 60 days warrant. They promised be that they inspected and is good. After purchased and before installed i the engine went through with Borescope/endoscope and found out the engine is junk and had internal cylinders damaged and is on recall. Not even 15 days since i bought it, i reached out to the Jaq auto salvage to inform them that they sold me bad engine and i need it replaced with either better one or refunded if they cant replace it with good one. They responded rude and rejected it and said will not refund or accept it back. I can see their intention was to rip me off they took all of my money saved to fix my car and now i lost all. I tried to ask them to even refund me some $ but they rejected and forcing me to just install and use it. The engine still on 60 days warrant but up to now they rejected it. I brought it back and police were called but they still wont accept it back and asking me to use it or keep it. They do nt want to solve any situation. This is bad business practice and ripping off people for selling bad parts.I am deaf and been 2 year with no car since my car had bad engine and i had to wait for so long to pay a good engine and able to drive again for work but i am stranded again because of these people who are doing bad business and stealing from poor people.
