    I ordered a phone from the company however I asked to cancel the order not even 1 hour after I placed the order. Instead of canceling the order he still placed the order 5 hours later. I then contacted him days after he created the shipping label and asking how I should go about returning it. I then called back and emailed to let him know I was unable to return the way he instructed. With no answer from the own on top of that the owner is rude and sent the wrong phone. Im just looking to return this phone I didnt order and get my money back ASAP

    On May 2nd 2024 I went to Logical Wireless to get my phone screen fixed on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. The guy who works there changed the screen on my phone. I got in my car and realized immediately the screen wasn't right. The screen had a much lower resolution than the original and it also had black lines around the border. I went back in and the guy said it's an after market screen and he can't get the original. I went home and found online you can get the original screen. I also noticed neither of my cameras worked on the phone. I went back the next day and told the guy he can get the real screen and the cameras were broken. He admitted to knowing he broke the cameras and that he tried to save me money by getting a cheaper screen. He agreed to fix the cameras for free and let me pay the difference for the correct screen. I went home and after multiple phone calls about how he still hasn't gotten the correct screen he stopped answering my calls. I now have a crappy bootleg screen that barely works, broken cameras and the back of the phone is peeling off. I paid $209.81 I also make videos for social media as a job so without cameras I haven't been able to post which resulted in about $600 of lost income.The pictures attached were taken with an old phone I have as a backup.
