      I haven't even received the goods, but I was asked to pay. This is outrageous. The customer service kept saying that they would report it to the higher authorities, but there was no response at all.

      I clicked one star because there isn't an option for zero (or negative) stars. We have received several bills from ***** for infusion services they are claiming they provided to our son on and after the day he died. Called them to inform and they told me to send them a death certificate (which I did not and will not do). They followed up by re-sending the same bill for the same services. Unconscionable.

      I think Coram deliberately withheld information regarding how infusion therapy is charged by ******** and the rules for payment.I was told by Coram that I would be giving my wife the infusion therapy.However, I was never informed that ******** only pays if a medical professional or pump was used. I was never given that information and Coram charged me. Note: I was not informed or given options. This fraudulent conduct is unacceptable. Coram was rewarded for fraudulent behavior. They owe me over $2,400 and refuse to reimburse me.

      Do not use this company. Incompetent nurses with attitudes. Cant say anything positive. Have to wonder where they find such inferior nurses. Not one good review in all the many, many written. What a disgrace they are!

      Worst company in healthcare. The nursing supervisor ****** is abusive. Im a caregiver and the company is so poorly run that they cant provide adequate care. My patient needed a stat blood test and ****** did not inform the dr that they decided that would not be provided and she thought he should br seen by the ** because shes smarter than the dr. *** did this in the past when she decided he didnt need cultures and she also was smarter than the Dr. *** refused to administer activase to unclog his line and insisted an immune compromised patient go to the hospital against his drs advice. Consistently compromising the patient and not following drs instructions. Their staff keeps quitting because of her and poor management. I know because I still have contact with my patients other nurses that quit. ****** actually looked into my personal records and told me I was manipulative and challenged my degrees because I was requiring her to provide care to my patient. *** insulted me. Complete nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My patients other drs will not use Coram.

      Repulsive. They refuse to provide antibiotics in the *****, only in the bags that you need to mix, assemble at home, and then hang from the pole. That's quite a lot of work for the patient to do,esp when sick and for a long-ish period of time. 1 week, ok. 2 weeks, sure. Longer than that...come on. They complained that the delivery would be too frequent - 2-3x/week because shelf life of one of the meds is 2-3days. My last infusion company never gave me this kind of problem, dealing with the same shelf life and virtually same insurance. It seems they are denying me very important treatment to save money on delivery fees when they would be dealing with thousands each week from insurance. Livid. Putrid. Go anywhere else.

      Used their services last year in May,2022. Still receiving bills over a year later. Made a payment August 2022 and was told it would be my last bill. Talked to customer service last month was and told that a supervisor would contact me. No contact, just another bill. Contacted the company today, they would not remove charges.

      Do not use Coram! My son has a feeding tube, Coram messes up his monthly refill supplies all the time. They will send the supplies he needs one month and then the next month say hes not allowed to receive all of his supplies because somehow the prescription info has been changed in their system. I asked for a manager to help me after months and months of frustration and customer service said no, no manager will be able to help you! My son is not getting the amount of formula he needs and Im buying it on Amazon out of my own pocket.

      Terrible pharmacy with awful customer service. They shipped a medication without waiting for the co-pay assistance card number to be placed on file and charged me $500 for two shipments of a medication I no longer take. I'm now on a new medication and CVS specialty is the only pharmacy I can go through with my insurance. They withhold my new prescription each month and are demanding I pay for their billing s**** up or they won't send me my medication. I don't have $500, ***** the co-pay assistance. Each month I have to fight with them and they send it weeks late which impacts my health. They are a multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company who only cares about money not helping the patients who are beholden to their unlawful practices. Holding someone's medication hostage and not owning up to their mistakes is downright criminal!

      The employees do not know what they are doing, you never get a bill until after they turn you to a collection agency.You will receive notices from ******** and you supplemental insurance showing bills are paid in full and you owe nothing. But they want to be paid twice in full.I even sent copies of the insurance paid in full to collection agency. They said paid we will get this fixed ****** ignores it. Also, they will bill me $5000 but same bill going to hospital they charge them $7000.I would think this would be considered insurance fraud and or price gouging. You cant talk to these people the employees can not understand their own company billing.
