Sunshine Joy does not charge any return or restocking fees on retail returns.

30 DAY RETURN PERIOD
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order date. Returns requested within 30 days will qualify for a refund to the original payment method.

PRODUCT CONDITION
Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Sunshine Joy will not accept for return any item that has been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

RESTOCK FEES
Sunshine Joy charges a restocking fee of 20% on wholesale returns.

90 DAY RETURN PERIOD
Returns must be requested within 90 days of the original order date. Returns requested within 30 days will qualify for a refund to the original payment method. After 30 days we will issue a merchandise credit.
