    I ordered a scrub top for my daughter online on Dec. 19 from born o uniforms Before I ordered I checked the return policy. It states that items are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase if they are in unused and resealable condition and in the original packaging with all tags intact. The top did not fit but met all the requirements for return. When I went to the website customer service to fill out the return request I was asked why I was returning the item and several reasons were given but none of them said did not fit so I checked other. I got an email back saying my return was refused because I checked other. I sent another email trying to explain but have not gotten a reply. I buy a lot of items online but have never had this problem with a company before.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have contacted borne o uniforms through email to try to find more information about why my purchase is not returnable but they have not responded.  I have tried to be patient but am now assuming they are choosing not to respond.  I will not order from them again or recommend them to other customers if they do not respond.
