      We had a new floor put down in my kitchen/dining room. The floors are heated and what we picked was supposed to be ok. Unfortunately it kept separating, DRL came back to repair rather quickly, but it happened again. So the owner ***** said, we are going to pull this up and put a new floor. He showed us floors he knew would be ok, it was more than the original, but he put the new floor in at no charge to me. Now, it's beautiful and I am happy! CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS SO MUCH TO THEM. Thank you to you all for everything!! *****, *****, ***** and *****, great job!! I would def recommend them!!
