      Mr **** from extra care was very helpful and should be recognized as well as Mr. ******** shop phone number please would you teach the credit report companies how to have excellent customer service.Please applaud **** and **************** from the Waikiki Longs for their excellent customer service skills and award them and the staff for they deal with many types of customers and still are angels

      Longs Pahoa pharmacy are Lye-ers ( spelling because they are toxic.) I drive 10 extra miles to the Kea'au store because the Pahoa pharmacy lies and says over the phone ( after having to deal with 2 minutes of ads for the online app before you can even select an extension, then need to repeat if phone is busy or disconnects) the Pahoa store tells many people myself included that all prescriptions are labeled and ready to pick up. I have met many neighbors while waiting an average of 90 minutes plus for the prescription to be prepared, who are also waiting for their prescriptions, after they took had called and been assured that everything is ready . I am attempting to book a vaccination online at either the Keaau store, or even a Hilo store, as I will not do business at the Pahoa store. the system will only let me book at the ************I have put in other store zip codes and also the city/state, and still only the foul Pahoa store comes up. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and telling them directly also.

      I purchased an Amazon gift card from Longs Drug in ******. The card was later found to have been used. Someon scratched off pin number and stile amount on the card before it could be used. Complained to CVS and **** said 3rd party vendor handles gift card and would be in touch with me.. they never emailded me and refused to refund me the money. An employee at Longs said they caught someone scratching gift card and getting pin number.. complained to manager and nothing was done! Dont buy gift cards from CVS..

      ******* Longs needs help. I understand the manager there now was from ******** Longs Marketplace, another location with bad review. So, instead of getting rid of the bad behavior, they just shuffle him to another location to mess that one up.Floors are not mopped, ad tags are not up, shopping carts have disappeared, ************* not open and I see the same 2 ladies working their butts off trying to keep customers returning. I dont even know why I waste my time shopping there.As one of the few drug stores, the other being ********** you would think they would take more pride in their location and strive to retain the retired customers that make-up majority of this town.

      This is in regards to the poor customer service I received this afternoon from CVS Longs in *********. I was very disappointed and very unhappy with the foolhardy statement given to me about their store policy.I teach right across the street from the mall, only 3 minutes away, walking distance. I walked in to purchase snack items for my students and happen to see Ellemoi brand 5 pack. I had a raincheck a couple months back but since I had fractured my left shoulder, I couldn't tote the boxes in one trip, so I asked the cashier I had to return to retrieve the other half of items, and she even called the store manager- claiming I couldn't split the raincheck items. But I fractured my shoulder, so the cashier snatched thecraincheck form and stated I couldn't even get a full refund to get my raincheck items that I lost out vecause she already initialed her signature on the form. But I only had $20 cash- I could've returned back in 3 minutes to pay for the remaining of my raincheck item- I didn't know it was back in stock- otherwise my husband would've been there to help me. I felt so humiliated by the way she talked so sarcastically and said that was the store policy!
