      Sub-par installation service. I mistook another wire for the internet wire that was traveling the same path due to the fact the technician knocked it down installing his in the the same direction. As long as it's not their wire their not responsible for knocking it down to the ground. I now have muddy boot prints on the new $400 carpet. Luckily, we are still in renovation so, now we have one more added task to do thanks to subpar installation. I would have talked further with the supervisor that came out but he had the same attitude so, don't waste your time. I'm not going to be confrontational due to the current renovation in progress all we will do is dis-continue services as soon as we find a better provider in the Greenwood area. The technician did not even install it in the marked path that they painted in my yard, instead he installed on the opposite side of house , so the route they came first to do marked is pointless. Install tech lied and said that wc fiber never came out to route the lines and color mark the grass at specific location. He thought when I asked about his own decision to move the box from route that I was referring to crime in the area... He was a really funny,decietful, lazy tech. ******** has already been called to replace wc fiber's horrible installation and bad company policies and overall proffesionalism for our Sullivan residence.
