5 starsWe were finally able to complete our recovery from Hurricane Helene with a new deck.
Thankfully we contracted with Ryan at Jackson Decks. They did a terrific job. They were on time, on budget and took the time to fully explain options along way.

I was soliciting quotes to have my **’x **’ back deck replaced. I wanted to go with **** composite decking to ensure it would be maintenance free. Jackson Decks was one of the three contractors I received quotes from. From the inception of our conversation regarding my requirements and expectations it was clear Ryan placed a very high regard to customer satisfaction and quality of work. I was impressed and offered him the job. He was on time, clearly communicated every aspect of the job, thoroughly cleaned the job site daily and did a truly exceptional job. He was there when he said he would be and completed the job well within the discussed timeframe. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the project, his attention to detail and superb craftsmanship was clearly apparent. Would highly recommend him and his crew for any deck repair, replacement or fencing projects. A young man who clearly demonstrates all the attributes of success. A winner in every regard. I was an Officer ** ******* *** over 23 years and an Executive Manager ** * ***** ******* ********** *** ** ****** ****** and have been in a leadership/Management role for over 45 years and clearly know a “winner” when I see one.

5 starsRyan did his crew did an excellent job for me. I previously bought mateial but requested him and his crew to do the install for me. He was thorough, professional in his interactions, and responsive. He was knowlegable about options and coudl explain what he was proposing to do. He cleaned up everything and I was left in better shape than when he arived. Overall I would recommend him to anyone performing deck work in the Aiken area.Review fromLee W

Ryan did a fantastic job. He gave a fair and accurate quote. His work is very good. My wife and I are extremely pleased with how hard he worked to give us a perfect fence. I have been dealing with customers most of my professional life and Ryan did an exemplary job of making customer satisfaction his first priority.
