    I’ve had more than one very negative experiences with Aiken Saddlery. Some of the employees are lovely but the manager is one of the rudest most difficult people I’ve ever dealt with. I have a very large training barn and spend thousands of dollars per month at their store but after the last interaction with her, I told them that I’ll never be patronizing them again.

    We are sorry that you feel that way about our store and staff. Management believes rude behavior and criticism of our staff is unnecessary.

    Our staff works hard to provide excellent and professional customer service to all of our customers.  This customer has a history of being rude and difficult with our staff. We have had multiple complaints from her that we are too slow, too expensive, and she has 'threatened" more than once that "she will have to find somewhere else to shop." After being served over the weekend she called and berated a staff member again regarding our inability to serve her to her desires. Mostly complaining that she had to wait and it was hot. After reviewing the phone call which we have a recording of and discussing this interaction with our employees we believe that she would be happier elsewhere.
